Who can use invtri Supply
You can use invtri Supply if:
- your business is based in the UK (a company or a sole trader)
- you have a paid invtri licence, on any package
- your orders go to UK addresses

Order & Pay
When a marketplace order comes in, press Order & Pay on the order. invtri checks the price and stock again, then raises an invoice for you to pay online by card.
Delivered and tracked
Once you’ve paid, we deliver the order free to your customer in a blank-label parcel. Tracking comes back to your order automatically, and invtri sends it to the marketplace.

Do I need my own supplier account?
No. invtri Supply is the supplier. You connect it from your invtri portal in one click: no trade-account applications, approvals, FTP details or column mapping.
What does invtri Supply cost?
It’s included with your paid invtri licence, with no extra monthly fee. You pay only for the products you order, at the catalogue price, with free UK delivery and no per-order fee. Prices are shown without and with VAT.
Who can use it?
UK businesses, companies or sole traders, with a paid invtri licence, sending orders to UK addresses. It isn’t part of the free trial, because it places real orders.
My business is outside the UK. Can I use it?
No. invtri Supply is for UK businesses and delivers to UK addresses only. invtri itself works with your own suppliers’ feeds wherever you sell from.
How many products can I list?
As many as your package’s SKU limit allows. Only the products you list count toward it, and invtri Supply uses one of your package’s supplier profiles.
How do I order and pay?
Press Order & Pay on the marketplace order. invtri checks the price and stock, then raises an invoice that you pay online by card. We process the order once it’s paid.
How does tracking work?
Tracking comes back to your order automatically. invtri then sends it to the marketplace, straight away or after your check, whichever you’ve chosen for that channel.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery is free to any UK address and takes from next day to 2–3 days, depending on the product.
Will my business name be on the parcel?
No. Parcels go out with a blank label, with no business name on them: not ours, our suppliers’ or yours. You choose where to list, so check each marketplace’s packaging rules.
What if an item sells out after I’ve paid?
We cancel it, send you a credit note and refund your card. Refunds take 5–7 working days to reach your card.
Where does the product content come from?
From our suppliers, with gaps filled from Open Icecat. Open Icecat content is shared under its open content licence: you need a free Open Icecat account to use it, and it can’t be used with generative AI.
What can I return?
Unopened items within 14 days of delivery, minus a 20% restocking fee. Damaged, missing or wrong items: tell us within 2 working days. Faulty items: tell us within 14 days; after that, the manufacturer’s warranty applies, where the product has one. The full rules are in our Terms.
Can I still use my own suppliers?
Yes. invtri Supply works alongside any suppliers you connect yourself.
Is invtri Supply a dropshipping supplier?
Yes — a built-in UK one. There’s no supplier to find or apply to: it’s part of invtri, with 200,000+ products, free UK delivery and unbranded, blank-label parcels (blind dropshipping). It’s optional, and you can connect your own suppliers alongside it.
