Licensing & Pricing
A perpetual licence means you pay a one-off fee and own the right to use the software indefinitely. Unlike subscription software where you pay monthly and lose access when you stop, your invtri licence never expires. The licence fee is a one-time payment — there are no recurring licence charges, no per-order fees, and no revenue share.
If you stop paying the monthly hosting fee, your platform hosting is paused — but your perpetual licence remains valid. You don't lose your licence or your data. If you resume hosting, your platform picks up where you left off. If you're on a managed service plan and stop that, your platform continues running — you simply no longer receive the additional support services.
No. You pay the one-off licence fee plus a fixed monthly hosting fee. That's it. No per-order charges, no revenue share, no annual price increases on the licence, no onboarding surprises. Hosting fees may be adjusted annually in line with CPI only. All prices are clearly stated and exclusive of VAT.
We understand that a one-off licence fee is a significant investment. Flexible payment arrangements are available on request — contact our sales team to discuss options that work for your business. The standard payment term is full payment before licence activation.
Yes. If your business grows and you need more SKU capacity, additional channels, or more supplier profiles, you can upgrade to a higher package. The upgrade fee is the difference between your current licence and the new package. Contact our sales team to arrange an upgrade.
Platform & Features
invtri currently supports six marketplaces: Amazon, A1Deals, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, and OnBuy. You choose which channels to connect based on your package's channel allocation. Each channel connects to one unique marketplace.
BYOK means you bring your own marketplace seller accounts, supplier trade accounts, product data subscriptions (e.g. Icecat, UPCitemdb), and AI API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). We provide the platform that connects them all together. This means no revenue share, no vendor lock-in, and full control over your accounts and data. If you stop using invtri, your marketplace accounts and supplier relationships continue unaffected.
No. invtri is designed for e-commerce operators, not developers. The platform runs in your web browser — there's nothing to install. If you choose a managed service package, we handle the initial setup, supplier configuration, and provide comprehensive training. If you're technically confident, the Platform Only option gives you full self-service access.
The monthly hosting fee covers everything needed to run your platform: server infrastructure, security monitoring, SSL certificates, database management, backups, platform updates, and security patches. We manage all of this on your behalf. You simply access the platform via your web browser.
Yes. Supplier auto-ordering and auto-tracking is available for selected suppliers. This feature automates the purchase order process, sending orders directly to participating suppliers when stock is needed. Contact our sales team for details on which suppliers are currently supported.
Setup & Support
With a managed service package, most platforms are fully configured and live within 2–4 weeks, depending on the number of suppliers and channels. This includes supplier feed integration, channel connection, pricing rule configuration, and comprehensive training. Platform Only customers can self-configure at their own pace.

Three options: Platform Only — self-service with documentation. 6-Month Managed Service — email support (up to 20 tickets/month), Teams meetings (up to 2 hours/month), and 1 business day response time. 12-Month Managed Service — everything in 6-month with extended coverage. Ad-hoc support is always available on request.
Data & Security
Yes. Your platform is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure in UK data centres. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access is role-based, and we apply security patches and updates continuously. Your data is logically isolated from other customers and never shared with third parties.
Yes, at any time. You have full ownership of your data. You can export your product catalogue, orders, pricing rules, and reports in CSV format whenever you need to. Your data is never held hostage — it's yours.
Your data remains available for export for 90 days after your hosting lapses. After that, it is securely deleted from our systems. Your perpetual licence remains valid — if you resume hosting in the future, you can reimport your data and continue where you left off.
