invtri ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website invtri.com and our multichannel e-commerce listing platform.

invtri is a trade name of Ruposhi Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14162541. Registered address: Iveco House, The Junction, Station Road, Watford, England, WD17 1ET.

2. Information We Collect

Contact and order details: when you contact us, request a trial or buy a licence, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, business address and, if you give it, your VAT number.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe, and instalment applications by iwocaPay. We don't see or store your full card details.

Checkout checks: to charge the right tax, we compare the business country you give us with your billing address and card country. Stripe checks EU VAT numbers with the EU's VIES service.

Website visits: we count page visits without cookies. We record the page, the site you came from, and a one-way code made from your IP address and browser type. We don't store your IP address itself.

Business data: when you use our platform, you may provide product listings, pricing data, supplier information, and order data. This data is necessary to provide our Service and remains your exclusive property at all times.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: respond to enquiries and provide support; process orders, payments and licences; provide and maintain our hosted platform; check eligibility for partner offers; prevent fraud and spam; send service-related communications; improve our Website and services; and comply with legal obligations.

Under UK GDPR we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and preventing fraud; our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records; and your consent for optional cookies.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Stripe, to take card payments and check VAT numbers;
• iwocaPay, if you choose to pay in instalments;
• our cloud hosting provider, whose servers are in the UK;
• our email provider, to send and receive email;
• Cloudflare, which checks contact form messages for spam;
• Google, only if you accept advertising cookies (see section 8);
• A1TechDeals, only for orders that use an A1TechDeals partner offer: your seller email address and order reference, to confirm you are eligible;
• authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication, and regular security updates. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

• Your business data: kept while your hosting is active. If hosting stops, we keep it for 90 days, and our support team will send you a copy on request during that time. After 90 days it is securely deleted.
• Order and payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Enquiries: kept for up to 24 months.
• Website visit records: deleted after about 13 months.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; and withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We ask before setting any optional cookie. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Essential cookies and storage (always on):

• invtri_consent: remembers your cookie choice (12 months);
• invtri_cur: remembers the currency you choose (6 months);
• invtri_notrack: set only if you visit invtri.com/notrack; stops your visits being counted (about 13 months);
• invtri_iw: kept only in your browser tab, and only if you apply to pay by instalments, so a retried iwocaPay application replaces your earlier one (cleared when you close the tab);
• sign-in cookies for the admin area (staff only).

Optional cookies (only if you click Accept):

• Google Ads: Google sets its own cookies so we can see whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases;
• invtri_ref: records that you came to us from A1TechDeals, so partner referrals can be counted (60 days).

9. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
