Common questions
What is a perpetual licence?
A perpetual licence means you pay a one-off fee and own the right to use the software indefinitely. Unlike subscription software where you pay monthly and lose access when you stop, your invtri licence never expires. The licence fee is a one-time payment — there are no recurring licence charges, no per-order fees, and no revenue share.
How often do stock and prices update?
Orders are pulled from every channel every 15 minutes. For each supplier, you choose when stock, prices and listings update: as often as every 5 minutes, or daily, weekly or monthly at a set time. You can also run an update straight away.
Which supplier feed formats work?
CSV or TXT, Excel (.xlsx or .xls), or a ZIP containing one of these, collected from FTP or SFTP. Catalogue, stock and price can be separate files, and you map the columns once in the app. XML, JSON, URL downloads, API feeds and email attachments aren’t supported.
Do you offer a free trial?
